Biography

Ms. Hove is the Chief Operating Officer of Figure Technology Solutions, Inc., where she leads product, data, and operations. She brings more than a decade of experience across fintech, investment management, and economic policy. Clare joined Figure nearly six years ago and has been central to building the company’s operational and product foundations. Prior to Figure, she worked at SigFig, an automated wealth management platform, and at PAAMCO, an alternative investment management firm. She began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the investment banking team and the Council of Economic Advisors, where she focused on macroeconomic research and forecasting. Clare holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics and Finance, magna cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College.
